My focus is the whole person, not solely the problem that is bringing you to therapy. I collaborate with clients to maximize their strengths and build goals that are aligned with their vision of a life worth living.

Reflective & Eclectic

We will engage in reflective discussions to deepen personal insight and guide action aligned with your goals. I enjoy creative integration of various therapeutic approaches and client's interests into our work. I also offer psychoeducation and practical strategies to cope with current stressors.
